Oklahoma Spirit Academy
Class Programs
All skill classes at OSA are 1 hour. We teach a progression system that advances athletes both safely and successfully. We operate all our tumbling classes on an 8:1 athlete to coach ration. Our Pre-school program is for 3 to 5 years old with a smaller athlete to coach ratio of 6:1.
Every athlete in our program has a Skills Progression Tracker which our staff uses to accurately track their progress through our tumbling class levels. Our evaluation system gives our coaching staff a baseline for an athlete's tumbling skill level, and it ensures your athlete is in the correct class.
